Blended Therapeutic Massage
A more traditional massage with optional orthopedic tests and techniques that address specific client aches and pains. This form of blended therapeutic massage may incorporate elements of medical massage, sports massage, and deep tissue massage, depending on the client’s condition and treatment goals. Traditional modalities include:
- Relaxation massage – a full-body massage technique designed to promote relaxation, circulation, and overall well-being.
- Sports massage – focused on preventing injuries, improving athletic performance, and speeding recovery, similar to sports massage sessions tailored for active individuals.
- Deep tissue massage – targets the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue (fascia) to relieve chronic tension, pain, and restricted movement, consistent with techniques used in clinical settings.
- Myofascial release – a hands-on therapy that focuses on relieving tension in the fascia—the thin, connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, nerves, and organs.
- Chair massage – a short, seated massage performed while you sit in a specially designed ergonomic chair, fully clothed. It focuses on quickly and conveniently relieving upper-body tension, ideal for on-site chair massage services.
The current rate is $20 per 15-minute unit*.
Other optional add-on services include:
- Biofreeze – Professional strength Biofreeze is used to relieve sore muscles, aches, and pain as part of Biofreeze massage therapy. – $10
- Himalayan Hot Stones – Himalayan hot salt stones are used in manual massage therapy to promote deeper relaxation of soft tissue and pain relief as part of the Himalayan hot stone massage. – $20
- Dry Silicone Cupping – Dry silicone cupping promotes circulation, loosens fascia, relieves muscle tension, and aids in soft tissue healing. – $10

Back and Hips
Medical massage can help reduce or eliminate pain from these common back and hip disorders. Clients seeking back pain massage or structured massage for bulging discs often present with the following conditions:
- Pelvic Tilt and Rotation
